Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all non-sale items. If it's been less than 30 days since your purchase, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return, just make sure your item is unused, in its original condition, and still in the packaging it came in. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase and have already used some of it, please reach out to our support team at  info@daily-hi.com. We’ll be happy to discuss any options that may be available to you.

In some cases, we may only be able to offer a partial refund, but we'll always do our best to assist you!

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Any item purchase on sale or with a discount of any kind in not eligible for return, exchange or refund. There is no exceptions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@daily-hi.com and they will instruct you where to send your items.

Legal Compliance

All Daily Hi products are derived from federally legal hemp, containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in full compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

We only ship hemp-derived THCA products with verified third-party lab testing (COAs) to confirm cannabinoid content and compliance.

Shipping Guidelines

We only ship to states where hemp-derived THCA is legal. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state. Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and refunded.

Products are shipped via carriers that permit compliant hemp products, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We ensure all carrier policies are followed. For More information visit the following

All packages are shipped in discreet, smell-proof packaging with no external cannabis branding.

Labels include accurate cannabinoid content and hemp origin, ensuring full transparency and reducing the risk of shipment delays or seizures.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us at info@daily-hi.com and our team will instruct you where to mail your products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
