Effective cold packaging is difficult, especially to Texas during the summer. I still generally purchase ice packs. At least there is protection until it the ice pack melts. Never had a delivery, from any supplier, which arrived with a frozen ice pack. Hasn't affected any product, best I can tell. Maybe offer option to freeze rosin then ship with ice pack? Test to see if freezing buys another day? No issues here with any product, even though ice pack melted. Looking forward to cooler weather so won't be an issue for a while.
