Higher Ground - RSO

The rso was hard as hell to dispense. The consistency was like taffy. I reached out to customer service. She tells me run it under hot water. So I get a mug of boiling hit water. I place the syringe in a zip lock bag and dunkbit in the water for over a minute. Still the rso was super hard to get out and when it did come out it was like dried glue. Really disappointed because I love DH'S products

It won't come out. I have to use a heating pad to warm it up just to get it out of the container.. Effects are ok..

2/3 syringes are not dispensing at all. There’s also now oil coming out the front when warming up. So it’s not airtight at all. One plunger is stuck sideways the other will not move passed .082ml the other will not dispense any. You cannot leave oil in the plunger or it hardens and creates air ways that harden the oil. It isn’t glassy like it should be. What can be done here? A $40 credit is not going to be acceptable. Would you rather deal with me or my credit card company which you are defrauding by selling this and not standing behind your product. If I do not receive an email that is satisfying you’ll deal with them instead. You rip off sick people? Selling dried out old bryantist rosin is one thing. This is in another ball field. Please email me with a resolution asap.
